We live small town America, we don't eat out much, so we do a lot of cooking.  We eat basically no beef, just elk and venison and we do buy pork and chicken.   So we thought that we would share some of our elk and venison recipes with you.  We will add new ones as we find them but to begin with we will start with our good ol' standbys.  Hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
