As an avid bow hunter who has exclusively hunted with wood arrows for over 23 years, and has taken many big and small game animals and shot 3-D tournaments.  I personally think a correctly matched dozen (spine and weight) of cedar arrows will not only compliment your traditional bow in looks and performance, but will actually help it function at its peak. Wood arrows quiet the bow and help with penetration because of their mass weight.  I had always been on the hunt for well constructed, quality finished matched arrows that consistently shot tight groups. My hunt for a good quality arrow was over the day I met Paul Jalon!  In my opinion, Paul Jalon owner of Elite Arrows is a master at building wood arrows. Hand crafted creations by Paul Jalon starts with a time proven premium Port Orford cedar. They come with two 5 1/2" yellow or white shield cut hen feathers and a red bar cock feather, left wing, snap nock, 11" yellow or white cap dip with black, red and silver cresting with our Fox Archery logo. Arrows are matched within 3#’s of spine. Paul Jalon has been making arrows since 1952. His arrows have been put to the test by hunters who have taken large and small game from all over the world.
